CHP works closely with these group homes to provide affordable and stable housing solutions for their residents. Through these collaborations, whereby CHP builds the house and the partner organizations run the program, we are able to play a vital role in expanding the availability of quality housing options for vulnerable populations and fostering inclusive and supportive communities.
